Who can participate in the campaign?
Anyone applying for a new mortgage with Aruba Bank can participate in the campaign.
Customers who refinance their mortgage with fresh funds of at least AWG 50,000 between March 16 and July 31, 2026 are also eligible to participate and will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
What prizes can be won during the campaign?
Eligible customers who sign a qualifying mortgage agreement during the campaign period will automatically enter a draw for the following prizes:
- 1st Prize: AWG 15,000
- 2nd Prize: AWG 10,000
A total of two winners will be selected.
What is the Mortgage Info Session?
The Mortgage Info Session is a special event designed to inspire and guide first-time homeowners. During the session, Aruba Bank experts and partners will share practical insights about the mortgage process, legal considerations, and insurance essentials when buying or constructing a home.

Two sessions will be available in Papiamento.
- Morning session: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
- Afternoon session: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

During the session, attendees will receive insights on:
- Key elements of mortgages from Aruba Bank Mortgage Advisors
- Legal guidance from two experienced notaries
- Insurance essentials presented by an Aruba Bank Insurance Broker
These presentations are designed to help participants better understand the steps involved in buying or building their first home.
Do I need to register for the Mortgage Info Session?
Yes! Registration is required as spaces are limited.

Can I speak with a Mortgage Advisor during the event?
Yes. After registering for the session, you will receive a link to book a one-on-one consultation with one of our Mortgage Advisors on the same day, which will be scheduled just after the event.
