Travel notice for cards

Our Aruba Bank Credit card and our Mastercard Debit with Maestro cards require travel notices. 

Please inform us of your travel plans ahead of time. That way our fraud monitoring services will not inconvenience you with unnecessary verification/transaction declines.

Submitting your travel plans using Aruba Bank Online® NEW is easy and secure:

  • Once logged in, click on "Services" from the main menu/ blue upper balk.
  • Select "Submit Travel Notice" from the options.
  • Complete the form by filling in the requested information.
  • Click "Submit".
  • You are now ready for your trip.

Submitting your travel plans using Aruba Bank App®:

  • Once logged in to the Aruba Bank App®, go to the menu options
  • Select "Travel Notice" from the options.
  • Complete the form by filling in the requested information.
  • Click "Send request"
  • you are now ready for your trip.

Submitting your travel plans using ABO (existing) is easy and secure:

  • Once logged in, go to the drop-­down list.
  • Select "Open my Card for International Use".
  • Click on e-mail and then the form opens
  • Complete the form and Submit.
  • You will receive an e-­mail confirmation. 

Requests received before 3:00 pm local time during business hours will be processed on the same day. Requests received after 3:00 pm will be processed the following business day. Your access is valid as of midnight on the starting date and will be blocked at midnight on the expiration date.


If you do not have access to
Aruba Bank Online®, please submit a request to activate your cards: 

Activate your ATM card and credit card for use abroad in Aruba Bank Online® and Aruba Bank App®.


Note: For security reasons, to open the ATM card for international use, the cardholders that do not have access to Aruba Bank Online® need to pass by the Bank to submit their request. We can not accept telephone calls for ATM card vacation requests. Travel notices are activated only during business hours.
