Aruba Bank proudly recognizes and celebrates the retirement of two exceptional colleagues, Lilian Hoek and Brenda Frank, whose combined decades of dedication, professionalism, and loyalty have left a lasting impact on the Bank and its Insurance operations.
Lilian Hoek concludes an extraordinary career spanning more than 40 years in the insurance industry, including 30 years of committed service at Aruba Bank. Throughout her career, Lilian has been a pillar of knowledge, stability, and leadership. Her deep expertise in insurance systems, her unwavering attention to detail, and her strong sense of responsibility made her a trusted mentor and guide to many colleagues. Lilian’s pride and passion for her work, her loyalty to Aruba Bank, and her readiness to navigate change with confidence have set a remarkable example. Her legacy is one of excellence, discipline, and institutional knowledge that will continue to inspire future generations.
Brenda Frank also retires after many years of devoted service, having joined Aruba Bank in 1989. Starting her career as a Teller, she steadily grew into a highly respected Collection Officer within the Insurance department. Known for her persistence, precision, and unmatched dedication to managing debtor portfolios, Brenda played a vital role in safeguarding the Bank’s interests. She was admired for her caring nature, her readiness to help colleagues, and the personal warmth she brought to the workplace. Her commitment, reliability, and human touch made her an invaluable colleague and friend.
Aruba Bank extends its sincere gratitude to both Lilian and Brenda for their many years of outstanding service, loyalty, and contributions. Their professionalism and dedication have helped shape the strength and integrity of the Bank’s Insurance operations.
