Aruba Bank celebrates and recognizes its Employees of the Year

Aruba Bank celebrated a special evening for 2025: the “Employee Recognition Event 2025,” which took place at Aruba Ocean Villas in a wonderful atmosphere with a special “Cuban Night” theme.
The event brought together employees from all departments to honor and congratulate the talent, dedication, and operational excellence that move the bank forward every day. During the event, Aruba Bank announced the winners of:
• Employee of the Year – Front Office: Ana Tse Mora
• Employee of the Year – Back Office: Randolph Ruiz
• Leader of the Year: Rodney Geerman
• Team of the Year: Contact Center
The bank is extremely proud of their achievements and the positive impact they have on customer experience, internal efficiency, and the organization’s culture.
