Aruba Bank hosts 2nd Annual Student Chef Challenge
Aruba Bank on Thu, 26 Oct 2017 14:00:46 GMTOn October 13th, 2017, we hosted our 2nd Aruba Bank Student Chef Challenge. We congratulate Tarine Saladin representing The Old Fisherman as the winner of this year’s competition.
The Corporate division of our bank hosted this culinary one-of-a-kind experience event in the presence of group of corporate guests at The Ritz Carlton. The competition featured five culinary school students gaining gastronomical experiences to become top chefs. Many of the guests described the night as “A night to remember".
The student participants were Karl Michael de Cuba, Michelaine Abreu, Jovianka Ridderstaat, Dwight Kelly, and Tarine Saladin. Each participant was partnered with top local restaurant chefs who served as their mentor in creating their delicious, unique, and exotic hors d'oeuvre.
