Aruba Bank honors the career and contributions of Ms. Laureen Dix.

Laureen has taken on key leadership roles since joining Aruba Bank in 2011 — beginning as Manager of Corporate Affairs, later also serving as Integrity Officer, subsequently being promoted to Senior Manager, and most recently assuming responsibility for the Premises & Facilities Department, where her dedication and commitment strengthened Aruba Bank’s operations.

Throughout her tenure, Laureen’s resilience, integrity, and goal-driven mindset have been invaluable. She consistently delivered results and fostered a culture of professionalism and accountability that will endure well into the future.
