Aruba Bank is proud to continue supporting Fundacion Anti Droga Aruba (FADA) for the third consecutive year, reaffirming a shared commitment to mental health, well-being, and stronger families within the Aruban community.
This year, Aruba Bank will support FADA’s “Interactive Family Conference,” under the theme “ONE FAMILY.” The community-focused event aims to raise awareness about mental health, communication, and emotional well-being within families through professional guidance, real-life experiences, interactive workshops, and practical tools to improve communication.
This collaboration directly aligns with two of Aruba Bank’s strategic pillars: WeCare and We Build. Through WeCare, Aruba Bank recognizes the importance of contributing to the well-being of the people and communities it serves. Through We Build, the Bank is committed to helping create a stronger and more resilient Aruba by investing in initiatives that generate a positive and lasting impact within the community.
“Mental health and well-being are important needs within our community. By continuing our collaboration with FADA, we aim to raise greater awareness, encourage open conversations, and provide families with opportunities to connect and grow stronger together,” said Edseline Leer-Semeleer, Head of Retail Banking at Aruba Bank.
The event will focus on connection, communication, prevention, emotional safety, resilience, and healing together in a supportive and welcoming environment where families can learn and participate together.
Aruba Bank and FADA invite families and the wider community to participate in this year’s event and become part of the important conversation surrounding mental health and emotional well-being.
Together, we care. Together, we build stronger families, stronger minds, and a stronger Aruba.
