Why schedule an apointment

Scheduling an appointment allows you to:

  • Choose a time and a branch that works for you – without waiting in line.
  • Tell us in advance what you'd like to talk about so that we can prepare.
  • Make sure there's a representative at the branch who can assist you and answer your questions.

How it works

Schedule an appointment.

  • Go to e-Appointment and choose the date and time that suits you from the available timeslots.

Make eAppointment

Tell us what you need.

While scheduling the appointment you will select which service you will be requesting or applying for. This is to help us prepare for your eAppointment.

Your eAppointment

When arriving for your appointment use our ticketing system located in each of our branches to acknowledge your arrival for the appointment.

Schedule eAppointment

In the e-Appointment system you have the option to select from the following services:  

  • Account Opening and Account Maintenance
  • Credit Card application
  • Personal Loan application
  • Car Loan application
  • Mortgage Loan application
  • Mortgage Loan information 
  • Platinum Banking Account Opening
  • Platinum Banking Loan application

 

Question: Can I still go directly to my branch and meet with a representative without making an appointment?

Answer: Yes, you can still visit a branch without an e-Appointment. You may have to wait for the next available representative.

Question: Can I make an appointment for the same day? 

Answer: Yes, as long there is availability.

Question: How do I re-schedule or cancel my e-Appointment?

Answer: If you need to cancel or re-schedule your e-Appointment please do so by using the 'cancel appointment' link provided in the email confirmation that you received after the appointment was made. 

Question: What happens if I arrive late for my e-Appointment?

Answer: If you arrive late for your appointment you may have to wait for the next available appointment slot (if there is availability) or you have the option to make a new e-Appointment.

Answer: No, please make an appointment with your account manager via email or Call Center on 527 7700.
