To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request relatives to schedule an appointment to discuss the account. Appointments can be made through the following channels:
Required documentation for the appointment
On the day of the appointment, please bring the following original documents:
• Death Certificate (Overlijdensakte)
• Family Tree/Genealogy (Stamboom) – Required in certain cases
• Certificate of Inheritance (Erfrechtsverklaring) – Required in certain cases
• Authorization Letter (if applicable)
• Valid Identification (for all attending relatives)
Account resolution and new account opening
During the appointment, our bank representative will provide guidance in a private and comfortable setting:
• We will outline the necessary steps to resolve the deceased’s account.
• If a new account needs to be opened, we will provide a detailed list of the required documentation and facilitate the account opening process.
