Aruba Bank celebrates Employee Appreciation Week: "The trail to great banking starts with me"

Aruba Bank celebrated their Employee Appreciation Week “The trail to great banking starts with me”. Management of Aruba Bank started the week with a virtual meeting to thank employees for their good job during 2020, accompanied by a delicious breakfast, which was served personally to each employee.

On Tuesday, our colleague Denise Krosendijk-Pechacek conducted two (2) “Get up and Move” sessions to stimulate a bit of movement amongst colleagues. At the end of the day employess got the chance to enjoy a “dushi” treat from Stickhouse Aruba, to refresh. On Wednesday, employees had the opportunity to dedicate some nice words to another with the accustomed, "I appreciate You" and “Thank You” cards.

On Thursday afternoon Aruba Bank and ORCO Bank employees enjoyed a motivational and inspiring afternoon during a virtual conference, hosted by Mrs. Roxanne Kock-Croes, with a focus on the importance of trust, communication, and collaboration. The introduction was made by Mr. Peter Staal, CEO- ORCO Aruba Holding. Speakers included Aruba Bank’s Mrs. Nataly Simmons and from Sint Maarten, Orco Bank’s Mr. Ronald Halman. Special guest, Comedian, Jandino Asporaat, added a comical twist to his speech on collaboration. What a great segway into Friday!
