Aruba Bank’s presentation was led by the Innovation and Projects Team, in this case Mr. Arthur Frans and Mr. Nigel Wix, who highlighted the key aspects of the digital transformation of Aruba Bank.

They spoke about the evolution of technology and how this has led to the need to adapt or transform, using the evolution of the telephone over the last 150 years.

For Aruba Bank Digital Transformation is the process in which the organization will continue to make use of digital technologies. Through the digital transformation process the pioneer bank hopes to create new customer experiences, superior customer experiences (Un experiencia superior).

Creating personalized experiences based on analytical data (and customer feedback) is highly important for Aruba Bank. They used examples of this and in particular highlighted how the automation of processes improved the operational efficiencies by replacing manual work and saving time and effort, for employees who were able to work more diligently and have more time to focus on key priority, as well as delivering on the customer experience.

Through digital transformation Aruba Bank is able to respond rapidly to changes in technology or in market conditions, collaborate more effectively with partners across the globe, communicate with customers, worldwide, use any platform to support the business and daily activities based on modern technology, provide customers with personalized experiences.

The presentation was very well received, and the team was excited to be able to share their experience on the digital transformation journey.
