The Aruba Trade & Industry Association (ATIA) is pleased to announce the Leadership conference focused on helping people break their 'limiting beliefs' and achieve a 'limitless' mindset. Herrick Henriquez, Director of ATIA, explained that the theme 'Limitless' is about removing personal limitations and opening up to unlimited potential.
This year's conference will feature several speakers:
- Marisol Croes: A psychologist, Croes will address the concept of 'limiting beliefs,' focusing on how people can break mental barriers to become “limitless.”
- Jason Geerwin: Known for his company Body Zone, Geerwin will speak about the connection between a strong body and a strong mind, sharing habits that contribute to physical and mental strength.
- Zena Dennis Tucker: A well-known figure in Aruba, Tucker transitioned from the hospitality industry to become a global coach in ‘customer excellence.’ She will elaborate on how to achieve excellence in customer service.
- Allistair McCaw: A seven-time author and renowned coach, McCaw will talk about cultivating a ‘Champion Minded’ mentality. His experience includes coaching top tennis players and working with the US Tennis Association. His books include "Champion Habit," "Mindset is Your Superpower," and "Lead with Purpose Make an Impact."
ATIA and Aruba Bank invite our young athletes to participate for free. There are 400 spots available for students between 14 and 20 years old. Henriquez emphasized that each ticket sold contributes to this, allowing a student to attend the conference completely free of charge.
