Inspiring workshop organized by the Lead by Design Foundation

Aruba Bank is proud to have sponsored the Lead by Design Foundation in their workshop aimed at helping youth develop into well-rounded individuals capable of thriving in all aspects of their lives.

During this workshop, which was targeted at youth between the ages of 16 and 18, a group of up to 20 young people came together to participate in a 14-session program. The sessions covered topics such as physical health, emotional well-being, social connections, academic and intellectual growth, financial wellness, as well as career and entrepreneurship.

We are proud to have been part of this workshop by sponsoring t-shirts for all students participating in the workshop and will continue to collaborate on efforts like these, which help our youth grow and develop in our community.
