Employees active during Aruba Doet 2023 activities

The bank recognizes the importance of giving back to the Aruban community. One way they do this is, is by allowing employees to volunteer for community services during work hours help to create a sense of purpose and fulfillment among its employees.

A team of Aruba Bank employees has made good use of this opportunity to help Stichting Ambiente Feliz to paint and fix the existing infrastructure, resulting in a win-win for both the bank and the community.

Aruba Bank plays an important role in supporting the financial needs of the community and as such, is committed to this approach as part of its corporate social responsibility efforts.
