Aruba Bank Introduces Personalized Assistance for Online Banking “Just ask me how?”

The customer is central at Aruba Bank and therefore we guarantee the same experience across all touch points. With the latest developments in Aruba Bank’s online banking and Aruba Bank App, the financial institution’s Digital Assistants welcome visitors who wish to receive personalized assistance at Camaruri, Hato and San Nicolas Branch.

The Digital Assistants at the aforementioned branches are ready to help those interested in opening an online account, downloading the Aruba Bank App, conducting online transactions from the online account or App (bill payment, money transfers to other accounts, credit card payment), opening a new account or applying for a loan online.

All Digital Assistants at the branches can be identified by their yellow polo-shirts. In a confidential and private way, they will assist each existing or new customer at the Digital Lounges, dedicated areas in the branches equipped with computers and tablets dedicated to this personalized service.

Aruba Bank invites all customers interested in Fast & Easy Banking to visit their preferred branch, without having to make an appointment, where the Digital Assistant will be happy to serve you from 8:00am till 4:00pm. Just ask them how!
