How does Video Banking Work?

Video Banking is easy, secure and personal.

Video Banking lets you plan appointments with our representatives in advance.

At the time of the appointment you can speak with our representative face to face using your computer, smart phone or tablet, making the communication easier and allowing us to service you better.

How to schedule a Video Banking appointment?

  1. Go to our E-Appointment service (or click here).
  2. When scheduling the E-Appointment, first select the service you need, then continue to select a branch. For the branch option select Video Banking.
  3. After you have scheduled the appointment you will receive a confirmation with a link to the Video Banking appointment and further instructions.

 

You can book an appointment between 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Question: Do I need to download any software on my computer or phone in order to do a Video Banking call?

Answer: No,  you don't need to download any software. You only need to have an internet connection and a phone or computer with a camera. We will provide you with a web link for the call. 

Question: Can I make an appointment for the same day? 

Answer: Yes, as long as there is availability.

Question: How do I re-schedule or cancel my Video Banking appointment?

Answer: If you need to cancel or re-schedule your Video Banking appointment please do so by using the 'cancel appointment' link provided in the email confirmation that you received after the appointment was made. 

Question: What happens if I arrive late for my Video Banking appointment?

Answer: If you arrive late for your appointment you may have to wait for the next available appointment slot (if there is availability) or you have the option to make a new Video Banking appointment. 

Question: Can I schedule a Video Banking appointment with my account manager via e-Appointment?
