Aruban students from 12 years up to 25 years of age*

Bring to your appointment:

A valid ID
Proof of School/College Registration
Proof of residency (Censo letter or latest WEB, Elmar or SETAR bill on your name)

For students under 18 years, birth certificate must be provided and a legal guardian must be present to open account.
