to Paris with a companion by achieving your personalized goal.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:1.1. The "Your Card, Your Pathway to" Draw (hereinafter referred to as the "Draw") is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. Hold a valid bank account with "Aruba Bank" (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank").
b. Possess a valid Mastercard debit or credit card issued by the Bank.
c. Register on the campaign's designated landing page: www.arubabank.com/winyourpathway.
d. Are legal residents of Aruba.
e. Are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Draw Period:
2.1. The Draw will commence on October 18th, 2023, at 15:01 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST) and will conclude on December 31st, 2023, at 11:59 PM AST.
3. Participation and Token Allocation:
3.1. To participate in the Draw, individuals must register on the following webpage: www.arubabank.com/winyourpathway. They will receive personalized goals via email, outlining the specific actions they need to complete to qualify for the prepaid prize and entry into the draw.
3.2. Participants must successfully meet the goals outlined in their email instructions by using their Mastercard debit or credit card for eligible transactions during the Draw Period to qualify for the prepaid prize and entry into the Draw.
4. Prize Details:
Participants who successfully meet the campaign goals will receive a digital prepaid card via email.
The value of the digital prepaid card will be either $10, $20, $25, $40, $50, $100, $125, or $150 USD, depending on the participant's individual goal, as determined by the Bank and communicated via email.
Participants who successfully meet their campaign goals will automatically be entered into a Draw for a priceless experience in Paris.
4.1. The Draw offers participants a chance to win one of the following prizes:
a. One (1) priceless experience for two (2) individuals to Paris.
b. USD $700 Gift card.
4.2. The priceless experience to Paris includes the following:
Round-trip flight for two people from Aruba to Paris, subject to availability.
Hotel accommodation for five (5) days and four (4) nights at a 5-star luxury hotel called Hotel Rochechouart is subject to availability; in the event that it is not available, a similar category hotel will be provided.
b. Helicopter Tour and Dinner: Delight in spectacular views of Paris' most iconic landmarks in Vaux-le-Vicomte and finish the experience with a delightful dinner.
c. Paris in One Day Private Tour: Enhance your trip with a private guided tour on a cruise, exploring Paris' most iconic cultural places.
d. The trip may occur in February, March, or April 2024, and the final month will be confirmed with the winner according to their availability.
e. The winner will also be awarded two gift bags to be delivered in Aruba.
f. The trip package is based on double occupancy for two (2) people.
5. Draw Selection and Notification:
5.1. The Draw will be conducted within one month (1) after the conclusion of the Draw Period.
5.2. Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants during the Draw Period.
5.3. Winners will be notified via email and/or telephone within seven (7) business days of the winner selection.
5.4. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days or fails to meet the eligibility criteria, another winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the Bank.
5.5. The Bank's decision regarding the winners will be final and binding.
6. Prize Claim:
6.1. Winners must claim their prize within five (5) days of being notified.
6.2. To claim the prize, winners must provide valid identification and any other documentation required by the Bank.
6.3. In the case of the Paris trip prize, winners must provide necessary travel details for booking purposes.
6.4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
7. Publicity and Use of Information:
7.1. By participating in the Draw, winners agree to the use of their name, photograph, and relevant details for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
7.2. Personal information collected during the Draw will be used in accordance with the Bank's privacy policy.
8. General Conditions:
8.1. The Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Draw at any time without prior notice.
8.2. The Bank is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may affect the participation or outcome of the Draw.
8.3. Participants acknowledge and agree that their participation in the Draw is voluntary.
8.4. By participating in the Draw, participants release the Bank and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the Draw or the prize awarded.
8.5. The Draw is governed by the laws of Aruba, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aruba.
9. Travel Restrictions and Expenses:
9.1. The winner and companion must possess valid passports and any required travel documents.
9.2. Any additional expenses not explicitly mentioned in the prize details, including but not limited to visa fees, transportation to and from the airport, meals not specified, personal expenses, and travel insurance beyond what is explicitly provided, will be the responsibility of the winner and companion.
10. Winner Announcement and Publicity:
10.1. The Bank reserves the right to announce the winner's name on its website, social media channels, and other promotional materials.
10.2. By accepting the prize, the winner and companion agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities related to the Draw, including but not limited to interviews, photographs, and videos, as requested by the Bank.
11. Exclusions and Limitations:
11.1. Employees, officers, and directors of the Bank, as well as their immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Draw.
11.2. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any participant or revoke the prize if it is determined that the participant has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
12. Liability:
12.1. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits) arising directly or indirectly from the winner's participation in the Draw or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
12.2. The Bank does not provide any warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the prize or any aspect related to the Draw.
By participating in the Draw, participants indicate their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
